Alligators
Cameron and Nana went to Barnes-n-Noble for story time yesterday. The woman was reading a story about an alligator and Cameron felt the need to announce to everyone that he had alligators on his underwear. Of course, most of the mothers in the room chuckled and got a kick out of it. I think we are moving past Cameron's shy side.

Farmer Cameron...
Yesterday, my mom asked Cameron what he wanted to be when he grew up. (As you all know, I work and my mom stays with Cameron during the week.) The conversation went something like this:
Nana: Cameron what do you want to be when you grow up. A police man, a fireman, a teacher....?
Cameron: Uhhh I not sure... (with his finger on his chin and looking like he's thinking)
After thinking for a few moments. He says.
Cameron: Maybe a farmer. I have cows and goats and sheep and pigs on my farm. And mommy and daddy be on my farm too.
Nana: Oh Cameron that's so good. I know mommy and daddy would love to be on your farm.
Cameron: And you come too, Nana.
Awww.... such a sweet boy. He's definitely using his imagination. He definitely has a love for animals and is showing it with his imagination.
When I came home from work he said to me. Mommy, I be a farmer when I get bigger. I have cows and goats and sheeps and pigs (while putting his hands up in the air and shaking them while he's telling me and tilting his head). And you come too, mommy! I said, I would love to come to your farm.
He has such an imagination these days and pretending a lot. I love that he is using his mind and thinking about things.

Gym Class 2
We had another gymnastics class this week and the boys just had a ball. As you can tell from Cameron's face in this first picture. There's something about just falling on the floor and jumping around that just makes him giggle. Such a boy! I forgot my camera, but my friend was so nice to take so many wonderful pictures with her zoom lens and then email them to me. Thanks, Steph.

Cameron's First Dentist Appt.
Gym Class!
Cameron is currently taking a gymnastics class with his buddy from preschool. It's once a week and what a great way to get out of the house and blow off some energy. He loved it and came home exhausted. It was amazing to watch him do some of the things the teacher was asking. He has amazing strength for his age! (Grandaddy always says, Cameron's strength and muscles comes from the steroids that mommy had during pre-term labor.)

Opening Presents
Cameron's 3rd Birthday!
This year we went to Monkey Joes to celebrate Cameron's 3rd birthday with some friends and family. What a blast! I have to saw it was also nice not having to clean up and having someone do everything for you. :-) Grandmommy was in town and Uncle Mark, Aunt Jackie, Kaitlyn and Caroline also came in town. It was a very special day! I cannot believe he is 3 years old! Time is flying and we are loving every minute of every moment. Cameron has been a true joy and blessing to Andrew and I. (Now don't get me wrong we do have our moments of testing the waters and pushing the envelope. Haha!!)
