Big Brother!

I'M GOING TO BE A BIG BROTHER! We told Cameron a couple weeks ago that he was going to be a big brother and he just lite up. We got him a couple of books and he has really enjoyed reading about Sam (that's the boy in the book) and his family. Cameron has been full of questions and loving comments. He says, that he is going to read to the babies (he also understands that there are TWO babies inside mommy's tummy), and show them how to use the computer and print off dinosaurs. He is so excited and understands that he can't jump on me because we don't want to hurt the babies. He hugs my tummy and talks to the babies and kisses my tummy. It's the sweetest thing I have ever experienced. He talks to the babies and says, "this is your big brother Cameron - come out and play soon."

On the way to school the other day, he started asking Drew questions. The conversation, went something like this:

C: Daddy, so... what belly did mommy come out of?

D: Well mommy came out of Nana's belly and I came out of Grandmommy's belly?

C: Hmmm..... that's crazy!

His little mind sure is working and he seems to be thinking about it a lot. We had his parent teacher conference at school on Friday and his teacher said that he talks about the babies all of the time with a smile. She told me she felt that was a good sign that he's talking about it and is excited.
